There is no warranty of vehicle odometer readings.

Confirmed purchases are available for pick up Monday through Friday from 8:00-3:30 CST. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) and any cost of shipping if necessary.

The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but no guarantee or warranty on the part of the UNI to condition or quality of property is made. UNI reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. Bids submitted shall remain firm and effective for a period of 5 days following the closing date.

Successful bidder will be required to remit payment before removal of the property and remove such property within 7 days from date of notice of award. If the buyer fails to remove the property within 7 days, UNI reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction. Buyers are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting all property.
