Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION

1997 Miller Trailer offered in fair condition. Floors and walls show wear typical of a unit this age. The trailer is ready for transport — axles are under the unit and all tires are inflated.

Known items requiring attention include:

  • Doors do not seal properly and will likely require repair
  • Rust buildup in the water heater, toilet, and sink due to high iron content in local water supply
  • Interior floors and walls show wear expected of a unit of this age
Buyers should be aware that other unknown issues may exist. Inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding.
 

All gas, water, and electrical hookups have been disconnected.

Buyer is responsible for the removal. 

Removal:
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency’s premises within ten (10) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. Cannot be repaired or worked on while on property and must be removed beforehand. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.  The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting of the property.  Under no circumstances will State of Montana assume responsibility for packing, loading, or transporting.

Additional time for removal may be granted at the agency's discretion, but must be requested, discussed with, and agreed upon by the agency prior to the expiration of the original removal deadline. No extensions are guaranteed.

All sales are final, no refunds. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
