1984 Hunter 34’ Sailboat

The City of Monterey has obtained this boat through the lien process. 
 
 
BACK TAXES OWED = $667.36. (late fees apply monthly)  The buyer will have to pay this in order to obtain registration.

Important Notes:

  • This vessel is sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.

  • It does not include permanent moorage at the Monterey Harbor or Marina.

  • To assist with the sale, Monterey Harbor will provide up to 14 days of temporary berthing at $36.70/day to allow the new owner time to prepare for relocation.  After the 14 days, you must remove the vessel by motor, sail or tow (Towboat US) out of The Monterey harbor.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
