ALL PICKUPS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NEEDS A BATTERY.
** Be advised that these items have been previously used and may contain defects. Be also advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick- ups with our municipality within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset. Our municipality does not assist with any loading of any form. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email (include in email a copy of your ID) giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. For questions concerning the above item, to schedule an appointment to view the item, or to pick up purchased item, please call 505-632-8448 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m MT. Monday through Thursday.
Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The City of Bloomfield will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the item location, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment is extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING, SHIPPING, OR OTHERWISE OF ANY ITEMS SOLD.
THE CITY OF BLOOMFIELD SUPPLIES NO TOOLS, OR ASSISTANCE IN REMOVAL OF ITEMS.
PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, VANS.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Bloomfield. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Sales Tax: City of Bloomfield may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.
City of Bloomfield may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
