Item Condition:
Sold AS IS. No Warranty. No returns. Items will be sold as a complete lot only. No splitting of the lot.
Pickup only:
NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Buyers is responsible for local pick-up. Buyer is responsible to schedule a day and time for pick-up within 10 business days after auction ends.
Item Background:
These Seon camera components were removed from school buses and placed into storage. Their working condition is UNKNOWN, and they should be considered for spare parts or repair purposes.

Additional Auction Pick-up Requirements:
- BCPS employees will NOT assist with loading items into personal vehicles.
- BCPS staff will transport the auction pallet to the loading dock only. The buyer is responsible for loading the items into their own vehicle
- A signature on Bill of Sale is required at pickup.
- Buyer must present a valid driver's license for identification and documentation.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
State/Local Sales and/or Use Tax. Baltimore County Public Schools may collect a sales tax of 6%, unless the Buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to Baltimore County Public Schools prior to payment.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
