Pick-Up of Purchases:
General Items
Pick-ups are scheduled Monday-Friday 8am-230 pm. Buyers must schedule an appointment for pick-up by calling(410) 313-7627 or email to raymond_holter@hcpss.org, kenneth_porter@hcpss.org, or anthony_turner@hcpss.org. If another person(s) will be picking up an auction on behalf of the winner, an email providing authorization to do so must be provided and ID will be required.

Vehicles/Certain Equipment:
For pick-up of items located at the Central Office, a pick-up appointment must be scheduled in advance by calling Ray Holter or Kenneth Porter at (410) 313-7627.

Shipping: Winning bidders are solely responsible for pick-up or shipping and all associated costs.

Default: If the buyer fails to pay for the items within 5 days & pick-up items within 10 business days of auction close, the buyer will have been considered to have abandoned the sale and forfeits the purchase and/or any proceeds paid.
