Offered for auction is a 2002 Ford Ranger Short Bed Truck #352 VIN #1FTYR10D82PA95029 Mileage: 44,291. The vehicle is equipped with a 2.3L 4-cylinder engine, air conditioning, power steering, tilt steering column, AM/FM radio, 60/40 bench seat, storage box, power brakes, and a sliding rear window. This truck has a dead battery ( will need to be replaced), and it did run and drive when parked.

The vehicle cannot be emissions tested because it requires replacement of the intake manifold and intake runner assembly. An active P0171 intake runner code is present. Intake manifolds are currently unavailable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and review all photos prior to placing a bid.

 

This vehicle is offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY, expressed or implied, as to condition.

Inspection Appointments are NOT available.

The successful bidder is solely responsible for loading, towing, and removal of the vehicle. Staff will not provide loading assistance. If towing is required its the winning bidder's responsibility to make arrangements. Pickup is by appointment only, and appointments must be scheduled in advance. Vehicles not removed within ten (10) calendar days following the close of the auction may be deemed abandoned, and the successful bidder may forfeit all rights to the vehicle and any funds paid. At the time of pickup, the successful bidder must present the Notice of Award, payment receipt, and valid government-issued photo identification. If a third party is authorized to pick up the vehicle, a notarized authorization letter from the successful bidder must be submitted and approved prior to the scheduled pickup appointment. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of vehicle release.

Payment will be collected through the Public Surplus website. Public Surplus will collect any and all applicable sales tax The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. Third-Party Pickup Authorization Requirement: If an item is being picked up by a third party on behalf of the winning bidder, the bidder must provide a notarized letter authorizing the designated third party to pick up and transport the item. This letter must be submitted and approved prior to the scheduled pickup date. Failure to provide this documentation in advance may result in a denial of the pickup.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
